Two products. Two ways to pay.The marketplace costs nothing until you sell.
Infee’s affiliate marketplace costs nothing until a creator sells. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee. For each confirmed sale you pay the creator’s commission at the rate you set, plus Infee’s fee of 10% of that commission. Campaigns & Discovery is a separate product that runs on a budget you set for each campaign.
Affiliate marketplace
- Upfront
- €0. No monthly fee, no setup fee. Connecting your store and listing products is free.
- When a sale happens
- The creator’s commission — you set the rate, for example 15% of the order.
- Infee’s fee
- 10% of that commission, on top. Nothing else.
- Refunds
- Refunded orders are never paid out — no commission, no fee.
- Billing
- Shopify stores are billed through Shopify. Creators are paid through Stripe.
- Founding brands
- A reduced Infee fee of 2% of the commission instead of 10%.
A worked example
A candle shop lists a €29 candle at a 15% commission. Over a month, a creator’s link brings orders that earn her €165.30 in commission.
Infee’s fee is 10% of that: €16.53. The shop’s total for the month is €181.83 — and it paid nothing before the first sale.
Campaigns & Discovery
- How it’s priced
- On a budget you set for each campaign. The marketplace’s “€0 upfront” does not apply here.
- What the budget covers
- Creators found and invited, a brief written in any language, every video checked against it, every post tracked, and a growth plan.
- Paying creators
- By commission, a fixed fee per post, or a fee per UGC video — out of the campaign budget.
- Account
- Runs in the same store account as the marketplace. Use one, or both.
Questions
Is Infee free?
Joining and listing products on the affiliate marketplace is free: there is no monthly fee and no setup fee. You pay only when a creator brings a confirmed sale — the creator’s commission plus Infee’s fee of 10% of that commission. Campaigns & Discovery is a separate, budget-based product.
How is Infee’s fee calculated?
Infee’s fee is 10% of the commission you pay the creator, not 10% of the order. On a €100 order at a 15% commission, the creator earns €15 and Infee’s fee is €1.50.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. On the marketplace you pay the creator’s commission and Infee’s 10% of it — nothing else. Refunded orders cost nothing.
What is the founding-brand fee?
Founding brands, onboarded one by one while Infee is new, pay a reduced fee of 2% of the commission instead of 10%, and get a direct line to the people building Infee.
