Creator videos for your brand.Every one checked against the brief.

Infee collects UGC — user-generated content — from creators for online stores. In a UGC campaign, creators film raw videos from an AI-written brief and upload them to Infee. Each video is scored against the brief with a written compliance note, and you approve or reject it, or let videos above a score you choose be approved automatically. Approved creators can then publish, and Infee tracks the post.

How UGC works on Infee

  1. Create a UGC campaign

Choose UGC collection as the goal, or UGC and a published post. Set a fee per UGC video and a total budget.

  2. Creators film from the brief

The AI brief gives them the hook, script, call to action and filming tips for lighting, location, movement and angles.

  3. Every video is scored

Each upload gets a 0–100 score against your brief and a written review of what matches and what doesn’t.

  4. You approve — or the threshold does

Approve or reject each video yourself, or auto-approve those above your threshold. Set the payout for each approved video.

  5. Posts are tracked

If the campaign includes a post, the creator submits the link once it is live, and its likes, comments, shares and views are tracked.

Why stores use UGC

  • Ads that look native. Short videos filmed by real people tend to fit Instagram and TikTok feeds better than studio footage.
  • Content without a production budget. Pay a fixed fee per approved video instead of booking a shoot.
  • Quality control built in. Every video is checked against your brief before it reaches you.

Questions

What is UGC?

UGC, or user-generated content, is photo and video content made by creators or customers rather than by the brand. Stores use it in ads, on product pages and on social media because it looks and feels native to the feed.

How does Infee check UGC videos?

Each uploaded video is scored from 0 to 100 against the campaign brief, with a written review of how it follows the key messages, do’s and don’ts. You decide what to approve, or let videos above a threshold be approved automatically.

How are UGC creators paid?

You set a fee per UGC video in the campaign, paid out of the campaign budget once a video is approved. Payouts go to creators through Stripe.

Do creators also have to post the video?

Only if you want them to. A campaign can collect UGC only, or UGC and a published post; with a post, Infee tracks its likes, comments, shares and views.

Creator content, without the chasing.
